25th Iowa Organic Conference

Monday, Nov. 17, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

The 25th Iowa Organic Conference will be held at the Iowa Memorial Union, 125 N. Madison St., Iowa City. The conference will feature a range of sessions on the latest organic research and practices in Iowa and the Midwest.

Participants can network with organic farmers and vendors representing marketers, seed companies, government agencies, nonprofits and technology companies.

A meal, prepared by University of Iowa IMU chefs, will highlight a bountiful organic harvest.

This year’s keynote speaker, Bob Quinn, a fourth-generation Montana farmer and organic pioneer, will present “Nourishing the Organic Community through Enriched Soils, High Biodiversity, and Nutritious Crops.”
